SCHOLARSHIPS FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND MASTER’S PROGRAMS (Music and Performing Arts)

The European Union's PROCULTURA PALOP-TL project provided 48 international scholarships for undergraduate and master’s degrees in the areas of Music and Performing Arts through competitions managed by Camões, I.P., aimed at citizens residing in PALOP countries and Timor-Leste.

Between 2019 and 2021, PROCULTURA awarded all 48 planned scholarships.

**EXCHANGE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS (Cultural Sector Disciplines)**

The PROCULTURA PALOP-TL project offers 40 scholarships for higher education students (bachelor’s, undergraduate, or master’s) to spend one semester at an international academic institution, in cultural sector disciplines, managed in partnership between Camões, I.P. and the Association of Portuguese Language Universities (AULP), between 2020 and 2023, for citizens residing in PALOP countries or Timor-Leste.

Applications for the 2nd semester of 2023 were open until May 1, 2023.

**SCHOLARSHIPS FOR ARTISTIC RESIDENCIES (Music and Performing Arts)**

PROCULTURA also offers 60 international scholarships for artistic residencies in Music and Performing Arts through competitions, managed in partnership between Camões, I.P. and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, between 2019 and 2022, for citizens residing in PALOP countries or Timor-Leste.

Between 2019 and 2021, PROCULTURA awarded 50 scholarships for artistic residencies.
