The Instituto Superior Politécnico de Tecnologias e Ciências (ISPTEC) announces that applications for undergraduate scholarships for the 2024/2025 academic year in Angola will be open from April 29 to 30, 2024, for the following fields of study:

- Social, Human, and Applied Sciences

- Engineering and Geosciences

**Eligibility Requirements:**

Eligible applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Be an Angolan national and resident in Angola;

- Be between 18 and 22 years old by September 30, 2024;

- Have completed the Second Cycle of Secondary Education with an academic average of 14 or higher ("Scores will be verified in descending order, from highest to lowest");

- Possess a Transcript (mandatory for applicants in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years of university);

- Optional: Possess a Poverty Declaration;

- Not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship;

- Be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Angola;

- Not hold a completed undergraduate degree.

**Required Documents for Application Submission:**

- Copy of the Secondary Education Completion Certificate;

- Proof of enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Angola;

- Copy of Identity Card;

- Transcript for students from the 2nd to 4th year of university.
