The Lueji A'Nkonde University “ULAN” is, under the terms of the law, a legal person governed by public law created by Decree no. 7/09, of May 12, with the status of a Public Establishment, endowed with statutory, scientific, pedagogical, administrative, patrimonial, financial and disciplinary autonomy, aimed at training senior staff in the various branches of knowledge.

Lueji A'Nkonde University is a public institution of higher education and scientific research with a regional scope, operating in the provinces of Lunda - Norte, Lunda - Sul and Malanje, with its headquarters and Rectorate in the city of Dundo, with organic and dependent units in the various localities of this academic region.
