Cuito Cuanavale University (UCC) is an Angolan public university based in the city of Menongue, in the province of Cuando Cubango.

Cuito Cuanavale University was created under the terms of Presidential Decree 188/14 of August 4, which was repealed by Presidential Decree 314/21 of December 23. With the latter decree, the UCC is now limited to the province of Cuando Cubango.

Through Presidential Decree 314/21 of December 23, the Cuito Cuanavale University now has three Organic Units: The Polytechnic Institute Pedagogical School and the Scientific Research and Development Institute.

The following organic units were abolished by merger: the Higher School of Hospitality and Tourism and the Higher Institute of Health Sciences.

The first Rector of Cuito Cuanavale University was Professor Miranda Lopes Miguel (2014-2022).
