The Maravilha Higher Polytechnic Institute (ISPM) is a private higher education institution established by Presidential Decree No. 168, on July 24, 2012, item n), published in the Diário da República No. 141, I series, with the purpose of innovating and consolidating education in Angola.

ISPM is located in its own facilities in the city of Benguela, Angola, at Avenida Aires de Almeida Santos No. 58, in the city center, near Rádio Morena Comercial.

The promoting entity of the Maravilha Higher Polytechnic Institute is the company Grupo Fausto Comercial Lda. ISPM is part of the National Higher Education Subsystem.
