The Evangelical Higher Polytechnic Institute of Lubango (ISPEL) is a private higher education institution promoted by AEA and SOVEC.

ISPEL is part of the Higher Education subsystem and is overseen by the Ministry of Higher Education of the Republic of Angola.

To shape conscious citizens, with ethics and professional value for various sectors of the economy, bringing people together while respecting individual beings. To promote teaching, research, and outreach, producing technological and humanistic knowledge in the ongoing pursuit of knowing how to be, think, and act, for a consistent education in a Christian faith environment.
