The Instituto Superior Politécnico de Tecnologias e Ciências (ISPTEC) is a private higher education institution whose promoter is Empresa Pessoas Desenvolvimento e Associados S.A. (PDA).

It is an institution focused on differentiated training, based on the principles of inseparability between teaching, research and development and extension, with the aim of training qualified professionals.

ISPTEC is part of the Higher Education subsystem and is supervised by the Ministry of Higher Education of the Republic of Angola.
