Founded in 2002, the Instituto Superior Politécnico Lusíada de Cabinda has a building designed to accommodate academic and administrative services, covering a wide range of courses including:

- Law;

- Economics;

- Computer Science;

- International Relations;

- Business Management;

- Human Resources Management;

- Higher Management Accounting.

In order to make up for the shortcomings of secondary education, ISPLC offers a Propaedeutic year, allowing its students to prepare adequately for a degree. 

The mission of the Instituto Superior Politécnico Lusíada de Cabinda is to empower its students by providing them with quality training and promoting the development of their skills and abilities. It focuses on rigorous and excellent promotion of local potential, and also seeks to create opportunities through short-term practical courses.
