The Instituto Superior Politécnico da Caála is a private higher education institution created by Presidential Decree 132/17 in the municipality of Caála.

Its mission is to produce, integrate and disseminate knowledge, training citizens committed to ethics, social responsibility and sustainable development. This is ISPCAÁLA, whose history is intertwined with the history of Angola.

ISPCAÁLA continues to be active in all areas of knowledge, open to the main demands of Angola and the world. Looking to the future, the institute is consolidating its position as an indispensable body for the development of a more integral and entrepreneurial society.

To enable individuals through teaching, research and extension to challenge conventional thinking in the search for original ideas and transform them into the next generation of leaders in academia, industry, non-profit organizations and government.

In the medium and long term, to be recognized as an institution of excellence in the training of citizens with critical and reflective capacity and citizen ethics, in the production of technical scientific knowledge and commitment to socio-environmental aspects.
