The Faculty of Medicine of the Queen Njinga A Mbande University (FM-URNM) is a pioneering higher education institution in the province of Malanje, established by decree number 07/09 on May 12 as one of the organic units of Lueji A’ Nkonde University. With statutory autonomy in scientific, pedagogical, administrative, property, financial, and disciplinary matters, FM-URNM adheres to current legislation. To enroll in the institution, candidates must pass an entrance exam organized by the faculty itself, and must have completed high school in programs assessed for access to General Medicine training. The General Medicine program equips students with essential skills and competencies to work in the health sector, preparing qualified professionals for various areas of intervention within the medical field.
