The Instituto Superior Politécnico Alvorecer da Juventude (ISPAJ) is a higher education institution in Angola, founded in 2011 and opened its doors to the public in 2012, located in the province of Luanda, municipality of Belas in the Nova Vida district.

ISPAJ is a private educational institution based on the teaching – research – extension trilogy, thus contributing to the development of Angola in the field of training specialized and differentiated senior staff, with recognized quality.
