The IDEIA – Institute of International Educational Development of Angola was created to address various educational needs in Angola, aiming to develop, manage, and implement quality educational programs. Key actions include:

- Development of educational content for different training levels;

- Consultancy services for public and private institutions for staff training;

- Design and execution of projects in the fields of education and culture.

These actions are strengthened through partnerships with prestigious national and international institutions, aiming to meet the job market demands in Angola’s industries and productive sectors.

IDEIA's goal is to contribute continuously to enhancing the productivity and competitiveness of professionals and companies, improving public organizations, and completing the implementation of its programs and schools within five years.

**Schools**

The institute consists of four schools that develop courses and projects in research and entrepreneurship:

- **School of Industry**: Focused on initial vocational training.

- **School of Humanities**: Aimed at improving teachers, trainers, and educational coordinators.

- **Polytechnic School**: Offers undergraduate, graduate, and continuous education programs.

- **Business School**: Specializes in training managers.

**Distance Learning (EAD)**

All schools will utilize Distance Learning (EAD) when necessary, leveraging digital technology to expand access to knowledge. EAD enables working students and those in remote areas to participate in courses, facilitating professional training.
